I don't want to start from the beginning.
The game crashed after 2 minutes, so i couldn't even leave the coldharbour. I just want to explore my favourite part of tamriel - gold coast

You are given character templates on the PTS. No need to start from scratch, mate. Create a new character and select your desired template in the dropdown menu in the top left of your screen.CP | Chronically Capped

✭✭As @pretzl says due to names being megaserver specific it would lead to collisions.
Honestly though I'm not sure why we can't have "_EU" or "_NA" appended, I am sure the devs know of CONCAT.1 -
