Kyne's Kiss 5 piece armor
Marksman 2 piece armor, 3 pieces jewelry.

Any ideas on if this is viable and or good?

Reduced archery costs and possible stamin/health regen.

Also, Champion points, where best to spend them?

I've never played a Stamplar so can't comment on (and cba looking at) class abilities. But from just looking at your gear it seems like WD & crit will be low. Maybe consider replacing KK for HRage.

What weapons will you be running, Maelstrom?

I was thinking of adding Leki's Focus for dual wield and to pick up some weapon damage. Covenant bow for increased damage. Right now. (Have not done maelstrom yet)

Whilst DW does offer more options you're going to either be missing brutality or use potions which are costly.

How are you going to use the bow? for PVP or PVE? If in PVP, I would recommend Eternal Hunt it will give you more suitability when using a bow unless you are doing some ganking.

For pvp, I assume, my build is 1 kena, 5 hundings, 1 night mothers (which becomes three on my dw bar) and a vMA bow. I can take down other players in 2 or so seconds on my bow bar on my stamplar.

Yeah but my issue with that is that it takes a skill slot on the CQ side of the build which seems a waste.

I see well I wouldn't recommend Marksmen for your build since it's only effects PVP players (the set needs to be for both PVP and PVE). I use eternal Hunt on my bow build and I love it, those Melee mobs get rooted most of the time and the rune deals good dmg(had a crit of 13K once).

Yeah but my issue with that is that it takes a skill slot on the CQ side of the build which seems a waste.

yep I was hoping that expert hunter and morphs would give major brutality.

I did not notice/know that about Marksman. I had lots of pieces of it laying around so I decided to mesh the 2 sets together. I do "PvP" in The Arena district in Imperial City.

I did not notice/know that about Marksman. I had lots of pieces of it laying around so I decided to mesh the 2 sets together. I do "PvP" in The Arena district in Imperial City.

yeah, It's a good set but the 5pc is only good for PVP and specifically ganking, I don't think bow builds can compete in open world/duels with the current state of the bow. You're better off going 2h and bow with 2h as your main hand and bow for support.

Why Eternal Hunt? The poison rune or the recovery? I can craft most sets but not all in 9 trait. I am curious now!

Because of the kiting potential as a bow user you can't keep your distance all the time but the rune that's left behind well be beneficial for kiting. For me at least also the set has a lot of stam recovery so you can focus more on weapon dmg.

lastly and personally I like it because it's a very unique set that isn't FOtM plus the rune looks cool

if you can't craft 9 trait let me know I have a couple of friends on NA PS4 that can(if you play on NA PS4).

Stats were the same as The Archer's set. I only have 2 pieces of Hawk's Eye and 3 of The Covenant for the bow/jewelry. This character is on DC. (Obviously)
