I will honestly never understand why people want to run the same content again and again, only for a new achievement or higher item level. What is the point of it, why not ask for a new zone instead?
Survival mode yes, but anything else has no place in an MMO. Let the difficulty grow by new zones, dungeons or quests, but not by repeating the same dungeon 5 times in a row.

On normal mode, it's too easy. The mob damage and health is very low. Groups can blow through it without actually learning the mechanics or even doing the mechanics properly. THIS IS BAD. A normal version is supposed to help prepare you for the vet version if you are not strong enough to do that yet. You are supposed to learn the mechanics in normal, grow your character, and then one day be strong enough to tackle vet. However, due to the low, low difficulty, normal Maw does not prepare you for vet at all. I have run through normal lots of times, and many people still don't understand the basic, basic mechanics behind some of the boss fights. But you can still blow through the dungeon without learning these. And I repeat, this is bad.

Haven't played MoL yet, but this is a problem with MSA as well. Normal is for most stages so easy that you can ignore most mechanics, which will not prepare you for Veteran. That's not a good implementation.
