Vamp passive regen

Vampires should not get passive regeneration without having an ability slotted....you took that away from werewolves because it was "too strong" so you cant turn around and say its ok for vamps....

Vampires also have their weaknesses at all times, which justifies this. Vampire means high risk, high reward.

I agree with susmitds.... i play ww and vamp, with vamp you are ALWAYS vamp, u cannot turn it on or off like you can with ww so you always are hit with the penalties unlike with ww where u only get hit with the penalties while in ww form

Werewolf makes sense because you would get a free buff with no detriment. It would go back to the days of everyone being required to be a ww who is not a vamp. Vamp has weakness all the time if they have the passive unlocked. There is a detriment to having the regen.
