Hi peeps, can we please get rid of this or at least have a toggle for it as it really serves no useful purpose as far as I can see. Its fairly obtrusive and pretty much obscures my character when blocking despite the transparency. I know when I'm blocking so don't really need a visual aid.

I know we can see this on npc's sometimes and in pvp but in pve I don't think the npc's are going to be watching for it hehe :smiley:

    While true, that was always only visible on their end, never on our end. Not really liking it myself, either.

    I'm really hoping its a bug myself. If it isn't then I really don't understand who in their right mind thought it would be a good change, slapping a giant semi-transparent shield in front of you when you're blocking to inform you of that fact. Might as well write an announcement on screen in big yellow letters every time I hold up my shield saying "Hey dude you realise you're blocking? We just thought we'd let you know"
