Help.. I can't ask for help..

Guys, you really need to fix this issue I am having on your website, when I choose Additional Support Options I get asked to log in, yet I already have logged in to both my account and forum account. I simply keep getting Authentication errors, and I am 100% sure that I am using the right Username and password as I had it changed to see if it would work. This is just not ok, how am I supposed to get help on the website if I can't 'log in'?

    But I am logged into the site.. I can buy crowns/subscribe/change account details.. just not access the Support part of it.

    I understand, the support portal is separate from your account page. If you're unable to sign into the support portal to submit your ticket, you can follow the steps in that link. Alternatively, you can simply send an email directly to ESO_Help@helpmail.elderscrollsonline.com.
