You'll have less zerg bomb guys trying to zerg bomb very small groups since half their insta-kill burst does marshmallow damage now.
Soul tether for example on its own isn't enough to kill someone, lets be honest.
My Mageblade Breton will have no issues since the majority of his DPS came from high magicka pool and spell pen/nirnhoned stacked concealed weapon spam with some other things to help it along.

Been using DB on my bomb-blade, requires more skill to position properly, but because it hits much harder than soul tether, the DoT and bonus damage to undead I can often start proc'ing vicious death before my det even goes off, typically I can drop back to back dawnbreakers, sometimes three in a row. Of course, that's gonna be gone too.

But bro in all seriousness, I'm talking pvp.
No working class heal. BE and lash and DB u have to be close. So I will be in the fray taking damage because I can't "burst now". Haven't tried HA yet on PTS but I will. As of no 5/1/1 l/h/m. So no massive damage mitigation so I will be taking hits and feeling them especially from physical damage.0 -
