What to do with a DK NORD

Well, my dear dk nord since early access...my first char..and I just use it now for crafting. I went from stam to mag...and I really dont like to see my nord wearing an stick. Now that I see good stam buffs are coming I will reroll to stam again. BUT its a nord and nords are just good for tanking...so should i go heavytank or could I try dps? I dont like to tank anyway.

lol is that viable or I guess you are joking? Sorry Im outdated regarding heavystam builds. And I remember it was a complete disaster to dps with a nord heavytank. My last 1.5 years has been all about magnb XD

I'd say go for it

Racial Passives are only needed for minmaxing anyways, a Nord DPS build would certainly work

It becomes highly viable in Dark brotherhood patch after one month.

May be a bit lesser than medium armor but with a lot higher survivability.

Sure

I think with the next update you can choose between Heavy or Medium, and find which you like more.

As you did, I did the same. I have used a Nord DK since late beta and use it as my main. Currently I have it as a stam DK with the following sets:
Three piece Sentry - Shoulders(MA), hands(MA), and waist(MA) - all divineswith stam enchant
Three piece Ashen - Head(HA), chest(HA), and legs(MA) - all infused with stam enchant
One piece Leki - Medium - Feet(MA) - divines with stam enchant
Three pieces Agility - all with stam trait and weapon damage enchant
Main weapon Leki's bow with irresistible damage
Greatsword of Leki with irresistible damage

I have lowish health around 23.5k avg
9.9K of mana
28.4k Stam pool
stam regen is around 1280

It's a fun build I use for PVP and that's about it. I assume it's an odd build since the Leki set is really cheap, got mine three pieces for under 8k, but it works for me.

My main is a DK Nord also, running as a Stam DPS. I'm not the best player, but I like this sort of style. Run with 2H and Bow as secondary weapon, and I think I do ok. I have 5 piece Hundings Rage Medium Armour, 2 Pieces of Heavy Night Mothers Gaze Armour, and Night Mothers Gaze on both weapons, and 3 piece Agility Set for Jewellery. Have about 20k health and 30k stamina. I do pretty much PVE only.
These upcoming changes are going to be interesting. Will probably have to rearrange some traits and champions points, but I just have to wait and see.

I have a magblade that I like a lot and I have mastered quite well.
I have a magdk,and an stamplar too.

As stam is gonna be on par with mag...I was wanting to try some stam based buid.As my dk is a Nord and is the worst race...The redguard stamplar Im not sure if feels ok for pvp...

I have started an Imperial stam nb. My question is...having a dunmer magblade...is ok having an imperial stamblade or better do this imperial be an stam dk?

Im a bit doubtful because Im afraid I will find the stamblade too similar to my magblade cause with my magblade I play like lets say a ghost. An stamblade would be more or less the same I guess but wont be able to cloack that much and It will be more an instagank build. But that build works just inside ic mainly and there I play with my magblade.

So...would be better to go stam dk imperial dps to test a diff built or gankblade imp?

If I reroll the nord to an stam dpstank new heavy DB armor would be ok?

Or better continue with the imp stamblade(having a dunmer magblade)

In case you play in Ebonheart Pact, create a Wrecking-Blow cheese build for pvp, and go do pvp.

Don't forget a heavy Imperial Style helmet.

Honestly it is fun to just go and live up to everyones prejudices sometimes

might as well go all out, and prove everyone right. Don't forget to drink some alcohol while you do it ^^ nords can't go without their mead!
