Yeah in an ESO live they said they where going to increase it, i'm extremely confused as of why at this rate it will take over 10 years to get them all.

Pretty sure they said they "might" not "would". I could be wrong, but I did not expect one, and I warned everyone in my guild there wouldn't be one.

they never confirmed the number, but I do remember them saying dark brotherhood would be when they raised the cap again, and at that time they suggested 51 as the number

Will monsters anywhere scale to my Champion Rank (550)? :OExperience gain rules will continue to function as they did for Veteran Ranks:
Mobs 40 Champion Points below your level will grant 75% of their normal XP.
Mobs 50 or more Champion Points below your level will grant 30% of their normal XP.
I have another question: How will I be able to gain XP at Champion Rank ~550 with this in place:Will monsters anywhere scale to my Champion Rank (550)? :OExperience gain rules will continue to function as they did for Veteran Ranks:

That is actually a very good question, looks like no kill xp at all for some of us.
EDIT: No seriously, if I'm not going to be advancing any of my characters at all from here on out, why on earth am I paying a sub for this game? I should go off and play something else for 6/12/18 months until I get character progression in ESO again.
Champion Ranks beyond the cap already require a lot more XP per rank, and then only 30% XP from monster kills on top of that? >< That can't be >< Certainly need a full set of the new training trait thenI have another question: How will I be able to gain XP at Champion Rank ~550 with this in place:Will monsters anywhere scale to my Champion Rank (550)? :OExperience gain rules will continue to function as they did for Veteran Ranks:

But this 30% ONLY applies in non-battle leveled areas... or do you plan to live in Cadwell's Silver and Gold forever?
Expected and thank God! People on here forget that the rest of the world has a life. Even a no-lifer like me doesn't have 501 yet (497 or something.. and I play daily and got the extra CP from when they introduced it)

Hm, so far it worked the other way around. Monsters were VR 16 in battle-leveled zones and your character was made stronger if it was below VR15.

I think that the lack of a cap increase is absurd. Motivated casual players have had every opportunity to catch up by now. I want to see a higher cap for greater build diversity.
