Yea sorry Shadow and every one but 275% buff to constitution isn't a buff cause it only restores like 340 or 350 resources and 350*275%= 962.5 and if the cool down is still only 4 seconds that still nothing much.
962 is equivalent to 480 magicka and stam rec... I wouldnt call this "nothing much" for a heavy armor build lol
But seeing how HA users are normally tanks they have high health and stamina pools around 15K-25K and 1K resources gained every 4 seconds when NPCs deal ..... well I personally don't know how much DPS cause you know minions and bosses and so on but DPS players can deal that stupid crazy amount.
So yea sorry it is a very nice and needed change but 1000 magicka and stamina back every 4 seconds verses LA or MA stamina regen on top of enchantments and CP every 2 seconds that don't need you to be hit to activate.
Are you really trying to say heavy armour should have as good ressource sustain as the 2 others combined? lol.~retired~
