How might I change my forum account username?

I joined in February 2014 and played the ESO closed beta, as well as during a few other ''free'' to play moments. I can't honestly say that I ever attempted to actually interact with the community; the forums, for example. This will be my first post on here. I don't recall if I was asked to select a username, or if one was automatically assigned to me, based upon my email address. It seems that the latter was the case, however, as it displays my full name along with some random other jibberish.

Is there any way that I can change this display name?

Contact customer support about your User ID but you need a valid reason on why you need to change it. I changed mine just a while back but I have a valid reason on why. Good luck to you. Hope this helps.

Ahh...
Oh well. I don't have any real reason, honestly. I just wanted it to not look like useless jibberish. Thank you for the reply.

You can have one forum name change without providing a reason. If you want to change your in-game User ID, that's when you need a valid reason.
