Does each character have their own Crafting Bag(s) that stay in their inventory? or Are they a universal, account wide Crafting Bag(s) shared by all characters on your account? (I hope it's the latter).
That's the first thing I can think of to add to your list that is likely of huge interest to many players.

Back in 2014 I asked Eric Wrobel to make me a set designed for DK tanking that would generate ultimate. We had a secret handshake and signed a blood oath that I would be the only one that could use it and post a build about it. Get real dude, I have no idea who you are and if you think I search the internet for ideas then you're out of touch with reality. Also, just because you use a set and posted a build before someone, doesn't make you sole position of the idea of it being "useful." I never claimed I originated the set, I was the first person that thought oh geez this might be good for a tank, or that I'm the best tank ever (or player for that matter).
If you want credit, I'll get a tattoo of your builds name on my left butt cheek if that makes you feel better.

Oompuh✭✭✭✭✭Tava's and Blood Spawn isn't really someone's build.. Frankly, If somone didn't look at Tava's on the PTS and say.. "Huh, i could get a lot of Ulti with Blood Spawn", they weren't trying hard enough. Does everyone who uses Kena and Julianos have to quote the person who magically figured out that you can get your spell damage high with it? No.
Deltia is just trying to help people. Dont crucify him just because he wasn't the first to post a build most tanks thought of in 5 seconds after looking at Tava's

Looks great! But, as far as I can recall, all crown items cost 1 Crown on the PTS? Or am I missing something XD?

@Elder_III : They said it wasn't; it was just a REALLY REALLY high number. (Admittedly they didn't say what that number was. I bet there are players who could reach it.

Mighty scaling ultimates
I pray that circle of protection gets a rework and improvement to make it viable outside of a very niche trial role (if that...)
Scaling of poisons - if they use the current values attached to negative 'potions' then they may be a little OP
The combination of Rich's responses to stamina Zerg busting ''we're happy with how VD is' and 'more stamina sets are coming' makes me a little cautious
The scaling of armour sets at their CP levels - will the gap in stats between 150 CP and 160 CP be as large as from v15-16? If not then this may help viability of older sets
vICP/vWGT/vCoA - How hard were they hit?
New motifs... Minotaur anyone?

That's a good thing to test. I'll buy character slots on the PTS until the game doesn't let me anymore.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.

RL: Yeah, so, poison making is an extension of alchemy. The way it works mechanically is that if you want to make a potion you use water but if you want to make a poison you use oil. The guy is from Hodor so it was aggressive, they seem to struggle with grasping the idea that these builds aren't meant for players in hardcore guilds but rather people who are still learning2
