Its not a Xbox problem most people just can't get on ESO all other online games are fine.like Never winter and Ark.

Xbox used to be near perfect but the last 2 years they have constantly been having these problems, it is really starting to *** me off but not enough to go back to that K&M, ghost town.

I'm on Xbox too. ESO is the only game I own which can't be played right now. Also, Xbox party chat doesn't work either.
