I think they on purpose planed to put it into the game with the dark brotherhood content. So basically we will get access to the full alchemy system.

But those negative potions can only be applied by drinking them yourself. Which may work if you loose a fight with an army of bosmer, sort of... but generally any smart poisoner would probably prefer to poison the other guy without serving themselves up through meat mandate madness.myrrrorb14_ESO wrote: »They don't even need different solvents. Ravage magicka is good, but just think how harsh ravage stamina will be to weapon builds. Actually this makes me sad. I think they need to create a separate pool for block/sprint/cc break/etc.
