What comes after DB

So looks like we are getting towards the end of content that has been development for 2 years. The first pictures of all the current and DB dlc were about around 18 months ago.

Anyone else worried that the future content is not so much as detailed?

I know they develop at glacial pace, but surly they have more info for us at PAX, I sure hope so.

Just found this to give an idea of how long we have known about DB, to compare to how little we know about what comes next.

Some people say it's Murkmire (or w/e the spelling is) since that zone has been in development for quite a while and they've shown footage too. Also some quests and books in Wrothgar might also hint at that but there has not been official announcement yet.

Some of the features they've talk about in the past are 1) spellcrafting 2) jewelry crafting 3) pvp battleground/arena areas 4) expanding the justice system 5) dueling system, and others. After DB is when I think the game will really get polished with all the somewhat minor features people have been asking for over the last 2 years.

Glad to see some things I had forgotten about. Clockwork an Merk in particular. Just seemed like we had screenshots of DB so long ago, guess they have a bit more to come. Just wish the year ahead actually went for a year rather then 6 months when they did it last.

And while I respect your opinion, that's what it is, your opinion. I think the Thieves Guild is a fine DLC with great (if short) Quests, and a good story to get the TG into ESO.

But I digress, I hope I didn't offend. Just offering a differing opinion.

    On topic:
Since the Dark Brotherhood is the last of the "planned" DLC, it really leaves the field wide-open for Zeni to introduce new content of most any sort.

Sotha Sil's Clockwork City has been rumored along with some others, and out of all of them I am excited for this possibility most. I have a deep, abiding love of the Dunmer, and more content revolving around the Three and their home cities will always be welcomed by me.

Murkmire would be nice to round out the Zone balance in the Pact. That would leave 2 Zones in Morrowind, 2 in Skyrim, and finally 2 Zones in Black Marsh.

Mephala's Web I'm kind of "Meh" about. While other planes of Oblivion are great, and I would definitely explore all of the darkest corners of it, it doesn't get that "rise" out of me that some of the other suggestions do.

But really, after the DB comes out, the future is wide open for whatever Zeni wants to do. More than anything, I'm excited for the possibility that they'll get to stretch their imaginations and take us to some cool new places.

As long as they aren't in the Daggerfall Covenant. There's been enough DLC in that Alliance for a bit. :P

Yep they were planned around the same time. Makes the lack of detail about what's after DB all the more confusing.

I have to agree with the confusion.

Obviously by my post, I am/was under the assumption that those other three were all rumors. If they're planned, well then that's news to me.

Hopefully we'll get some nuggets of information after DB drops. That should help to alleviate at least a small bit of the confusion.

Considering the fact that Thieves' Guild (and by the looks of it, DB) have very little actual content added to the game, most players are looking forward to what's past that. While I do like the new features and QoL fixes, there hasn't been much to complete other than Maelstrom and nothing new besides a questline has been announced for DB (usually the sneak-peaks include what Trials, Arenas, dungeons, etc.,. are included within the pack).

First expansion would be great. Zen have added quite much stuff but I still suspect theres team working on Expansion, at least theres minor chance for it.

They better keep the content coming or I leave, without TG and DB I'd be playing Division, if they dont bring more content Conan Exiles is my next game. Btw, Funcom pleeeease, PS4 Early Access too!
