The only reason I'm still subbed is I'm too lazy to actually go to the page and in sub.
Thinking of paying someone to do it for me.
I can't really think of anyone that I know who has unsubbed that did so because of the money. In fact, I'd say pvpers have a stronger incentive to be drawn to a sub game because they care more about quality gameplay and maintenance over a few dozen quests every few weeks. I kept my sub for so long because I'd 'like' to support the game, but cancelled it because I became convinced the crew managing the game cannot do so in a way that makes me want to continue supporting them. I've promised myself to never give ZOS money until I see changes in how they manage the game, and I will commit to that for DB and beyond. It's not the money, I'm doing just fine.Interesting. TG greatly improved my PvP experience... and I can't wait for vet ranks to go away. I also want the structured PvP experience that you referenced but I don't want them rushing it out.
I'll keep my subscription. I play about 40-60 hours a month... that's $0.375-$0.25 per hour for entertainment. Even the poorest players out there can afford that. Development dollars lead to more (and higher quality) content.
Or just keep huffing, puffing, and stomping your feet until you get what you want.
The 'huffing, puffing, and stomping my feet' was to make it clear to ZOS they were doing many many things wrong. When that failed and it was clear I was not the only one that felt that way, the last reproach is to stop funding them, simple as that. It won't work, because their financial model doesn't depend on pvpers, but at least I don't have to be angry with myself for contributing to their paycheck.

In reality, getting every pvper to drop their subs is probably minuscule in comparison to the main sources of money. Recolor a cat or bear mount and sell em, who cares about subs when people are dropping money on that crap.
Mine was cancelled due to performance issues and obvious focus on pve content.
I cancelled mine when they went B2P because it was the cheapest option to continue playing the game long term.
Honestly not even sure why people still bring the status of their sub up.
Status between players in a show of solidarity. It means we would like to resub, but current issues force our only reactive action as consumers.
Yeah, I don't think they even send you a questioner when you unsub. How would they even know the exact reasons?

I won't be cancelling my sub as I feel if I want them to improve the game they need the resources to do so and if my £9 a month helps, so be it.
Cancelling your sub is akin to cutting your nose off to spite your face. It serves no purpose whatsoever. If you have a problem with the game you should try using the usual channels like posting here, customer support or even /bug. I realise that these channels don't always give you the result that's wished for BUT it's a damn sight more constructive than cancelling your sub.
I will only cancel mine when I stop playing, which I don't foresee for a while.

i'll just keep my subscription on and use the feedback function to point out what I think of the DLC and ESO and its issues in general.
The cost is incredibly low in comparison to almost any other after-work fun I enjoy (except compared to playing football ("soccer") i guess) and I'm fairly sure feedback helps a lot more to shape the game the way I'd love it to be than randomly cancelling a sub.
all those rants and cancellations of subs are just noise if you look at all channels (especially if ZOS includes youtube comments, reddit, those gaming sites i never visit, steam and i'm sure there are also places for each console where people shitpost all the time). subs come and go for various reasons. if you want something to change, be as concise as you can be. what you suggest isn't.
maybe more people make or cancel subs because of immersion expectations related to DB. maybe not, but it'd be very hard for ZOS to figure it out.

I think you missed the PVP part. People want a pvp dlc, not a pve one with some minor pvp enabled.

You got that with IC...They are changing it adding district capture etc.
What you all have to realise is that all of this comes across as painfully whining. The devs are not gunna take all this whinging seriously...., if u so mad, go play something else (I'm guessing nothing else will be good enough though)
Before anyone says I deserve all the things im whinging about... You don't, u nerds are the minority...

Why are you all crying, they didn't even release every last detail of what's coming with DB. Like a bunch of spoiled brats...

And mine the instant my sound went out for the first time after TG dropped.

ZoS confirmed they add arenas they didn't say in DB patch.
