most impractical character combo you can think of

all kinds of stamina healers. preferably with a magicka-focused race. non templar so you don't "at least have repentance", even better no dk/templar so no major mending buff either.

i.e. stam sorc/nb healer with, say, altmer.

I can't really say, I play all classes, but all characters a Bretons. Both magicka and stamina builds. I didn't think about the build while creating my characters. So at least the current stamina characters (2 NBs and 1 DK, previously magicka builds) would be better if they're a different race, but it's still ok-ish as it is.

What's funny is that even after the buffs Argonians still have the worst racials. Can we stop the shenanigans and get some real racials?

If you get the morph of Dark Exchange that costs Stamina instead of Magic then technically you're a Stamina Healer. You're just healing yourself.

Hehe... I have this... sorta. I have 2h on one bar and 1h+sh on the other. It's a work in progress - I've only been trying this out for a couple of weeks in normal dungeons using the group finder.

Gear is full Pariah's and Bahraha's Curse with health enchants I think, all points in Stamina.
CP's are block reduction, hardy, elemental defender, stamina cost reduction, magicka regen, blessed and thaumaturge
2h:
Brawler (AOE + damage shield),
Restraining Prison (AOE root),
Caltrops (AOE snare),
Shuffle (defense),
Rally (heal, self buff),

I want to get more out of the sorcerer skill lines, so I am thinking of trying out some pets, like the atronach ultimate and the clannfear (as an extra mini-tank plus 35% heal to replace rally and vigor). I'm not sure what else could be useful.

I was new to mmos and this was the first character I rolled. I would have just given up on her bc people told me it was useless but I've managed to overcome her weaknesses with CP.
And she is STORMPROOF multiple times over and I've completed all the hard content in game with her...XD
That 6% decreased incoming damage surely helps. I think sometimes it's the player not necessarily the race/class. SOME stuff can be compensated for but that doesn't mean racial don't need love. Looking at you Argonian.

Actually this is my combo aswell. I prefer Nords over the other races. And he has done a lot of hard content.

x3 Frost resistance jewellery
Attributes: x60 Stamina x4 Health
Traits: Training ( even if you are already @ 50 keep using it )
Weapons:1h & Shield (Also Training trait) with Absorb Magicka Glyph. Resto Staff for off bar (Also training & absorb magicka)
Armour Glyphs: Hakeijo on all because you will be so OP so it will be worth it to spend all the money on them...

Skills:
Absord Magic
Inner Light
Balance
Evil Hunter
Lightweight Beast Trap

Ult: Replenishing Barrier ( gain magicka & ult when allies shields are destroyed )

Off Bar:

Slot all your skills here with werewolf so when you are not in WW form you can't use anything

I also think everything is possible if you're not min-maxing:D I have a stam DK Khajit DPS with DW and bow. Probably not ideal, but also made this char with no prior knowdlegde whatsoever, and she works just fine for me

It can only get worse, if you switch out Orc with Argonian (but that is a surprise to no one but lizards!).

Okay, I'm in:

Argonian (sorry...) Stamina Sorcerer DPS

3 heavy, 3 light 1 medium - who needs full set armour passives?
OH&S on both bars
Using puncture as spammable ability, both in PvE and PvP
Negate magic, double bar, used as single target ultimate
Hard casting frags for CC, not that he knows what CC is
Rune prison on every boss, every 5 seconds

Blames tank for losing agro
Blames healer when he dies from uppercut whilst hard casting frags

Give me those extra character slots, I want to make this work...
