if its 5 heavy, then its not DPS. read the passives. REAL DPS means giving up surviability to do MORE damage. if you are pvping, thats GREAT! hybrids are awesome, if you want to PVE dps, you have to do more dps, that means wearing medium armor for stam dps or light armor for magicka dps. survivability means not standing in the REd, and your tank and healer doing their jobs :D

I'm talking pvp wise tho I know about that but I was just wondering could I possibly have some type of dos with dw/1h shield like at least 2300 spell damage and some regen like at least 1800

    Those numbers are very reachable

If you value the heavy armour passives more than the light armour passives then you could make it work. But it might be more optimal to wear 5 light, 2 heavy and carry S&B. I don't play my templar in pvp though so my advice might not be the best. Do templars get access to major ward/resolve? Cos that's a nice 5k boost to resistances if you can get it.

    Yes from the rune focus

My high elf sorc hits 23k spell resistance and 19k physical resistance in 5 light/2 heavy with nirnhoned staff. The 2 heavy are reinforced and I buff up with boundless storm (major ward/resolve) and combat prayer (minor ward/resolve). Adding s&b to this would add, what 3k more resistance? That might be enough tbh, especially considering the block mitigation from s&b. My 5 light are impen and this helps to reduce damage in pvp too, in fact my 2 pieces of reinforced would probably do better as impen instead. You don't have to spec as a tank to be survivable in pvp. Like I said though; I don't know much about templars.
