In-game technical support not working

I've tried several times to submit tickets through the in-game technical support function ("Submit Feedback") but it constantly gives me the message "Failed to submit. There has been an error in your ticket submission..."

Ironic that not even the support ticket system works...

I don't believe this ever worked on the MAC.. I've always had to submit them though the website.

Well, with the change to the 64-bit client on OS X, they've exchanged the HTML rendering libraries that are used to display the in-game help UI as well. I can't test at the moment, but on the PTS it's been working alright. It may be a temporary issue on their backend, however.

It's good to know why the problem might be occurring, it would be better if the developers would fix it.

Right now they're working on making the crash reporter actually report back useful information, and even though like you I think having a broken in-game bug reporting tool incredibly ironic, I think their current efforts are more important overall.

That said, I've not had the beach ball if death once since the release of the new 64-bit client, as opposed to seeing it at least a half a dozen times per day prior to the new client.
