Battlemaster's Corner

What ever happened to the BattleMaster's Corner? I loved looking at the builds and the short stories people came up with for their toons. Looks like the last one was dated Oct. 2015. Their doesnt even seem to be a link to it on the home page anymore, have to use an old link i have bookmarked.

It was just a farce. All the developers did with battlemaster corner was show that they have no clue how this game actually works.

yea the builds featured were usually outdated,nerfed, or just good for leveling.

I only read the first one and I'd say it's worse than a waste of time. I mean, a magicka medium armor bow build?? It seems to me they were trying to troll people with that one.

But these werent done by the developers, they are from players. Arent they?

As well as other non-categorized things looking at public dungeons, how certain monsters were added, etc. I even got in one of these once or twice for some (now very outdated) guides I put on the forums. Used to be interesting to check these features out to see what was happening.

They were indeed very entertaining, I always had a good laugh. I know this sounds arrogant, but I'm not. The Builds I saw there were mostly trying to do everything at once and seemed to be made for a role that doesn't exist in the game.
If you are looking for effective builds, check tamrielfoundry.com

Btw: The Builds were not made by developers but by actual players.

Yes, players made the builds, but developers approved posting them.

Dat medium armor, bow, magika DK tho...

There's a sweet pvp zergplar/healbot in there too, 0 offensive abilities!

I had a build listed on battle master's corner at one point, the berserker, back before 2h was the "in" thing.

With the removal of softcaps, Battlemaster's corner became irrelevant because everybody is running the same 3-4 builds.

I miss this section too. My main was based off of the Bloodleach Slayer build.

Yea, i liked looking at the builds and using them to get ideas i wanted to try. Some of the builds were really off the wall, but they all had their good points ( well, almost all).
