Unfortunately the quickest ways won't be suitable to your level (I'm assuming it's <15). The best thing for you to do is steal (weapons & armour, desks, drawers etc) and fence all of the items at an Outlaws Refuge.

If you're in EP then just loot the weapons and armour in Davon's Watch and if you're DC or AD the banks are good. Once you've done a run the items will need to be refreshed so either log out and back in or go to the Refuge.

As there's a limit on items you can fence each day (it's only worth investing one skill point in to this when you level it up btw), you can simply create another/other character(s) and do a few loot runs, fence, deposit all gold in the bank and log out for the day.

Once you've got your horse you can delete them or just use them for additional bag/bank space (which is what I do).

Ive sold over 280k worth of Kuta last week.

Get enchanting to lvl50, do daily enchanting writs, 1/3 bags give Kuta which sells for 9-10k each.

Level up.... plain and simple. At Veteran ranks the drops are muchj more valuable and v16 items can get you 100k in a single sell.
