Not sure if those are bugs or too fast mechanics....
- I'm getting hit by explosive attacks which I never ever saw the trigger of. And they do 50%+ of my health in damage (around 10k health I've got in total, so do the math). At first, when I fought skeletons and those explosions triggered near the death of one of them while fighting a small group, I thought it was just an buffed-up NPC version of Soul Shatter. Then I started encountering it on humanoid enemies who were on half health or better. I thought, maybe it's a new spell? Bit strange, but meh. Now I'm encountering it on near full-health spiders. Now I'm really wondering.
Is this an unmentioned sideeffect of Soul Shatter, is this an faulty mechanic which gets triggered but never gives the player the chance to respond, or is this one hell of a bug? It takes really the fun out of the game for me till it is fixed - it has cost me way more soul gems then I'd like.
- At least spiders, but I also think other melee enemies, have got a wrong hit distance. They suddenly can hit me across an 2-meter distance, and are that quick that I get no time to evade - hell, the game even doesn't play the animation for it.
- Movement speed of some enemies has become insane. Sometimes I'm not even getting the time to react to a new attack, because the speed of how it's played is just way too high. This is with about all enemies. Rogues however have become absolutely insane. While originally (pre-patch 1.6) their abilities required you to pay very close attention and had an short time for reaction, the reaction time given has gone into the negative or at least 0. Evading has become an option that is no longer available - it just plays too quick.
- It doesn't help that at least the European megaserver sometimes just lags like ***. No matter your own connection speed.
