Dolmen Generals in Deshaan?

I've been grinding generals recently and hit a wall. While messing around in the Shadowfens I hit two generals, at the same dolmen, back-to-back. I starting grinding in Deshaan and had little trouble with the first two, had some trouble finding the third, and now CANNOT find the Orgrim Brothers. I have hit he same boss four times in a row. Am I just hitting a terrible streak of luck or is there some mechanic I am unaware of? Everything I've looked up thus far leans to me just have awful luck.

It's just bad luck...RNG is RNG. Sometimes it smiles upon you and sometimes it makes you want to punch a wall.

Did you ever figure it out? I am stuck on it currently
