Bleakers is where the glorious Pact Militia Mega Zerg and the endless Legions of Daggerfall players and guilds usually end up fighting. So...of course there is lag.
While the glorious Pact Militia Mega Zerg is often at Bleaks (and I'm with them \o/) I do find that it's particularly bad there. I can be in a combat just as big at Chal or Ales but it's only Bleakers that I actually disconnect (sometimes repeatedly). I suspect that we may be on another server instance with less processing power as we move through there.
I don't get that kind of problem at Sej tho.
How about Nickel?

This will happen if youre filthy enough to run with Kings Legion and zerg for DC. They even share the same initials. It's bound to happen if you bring like a thousand people to one part of cyrodiil.
I heard that when rhm got destroyed by the mighty sword, his spirit was put into a lockbox and buried deep under bleakers to make sure that the famous rhm lag switch would never see the light again.

Just before his death, the lag switch was passed on to Teargrants, this is known.
