This is probably our main ability in PVP and its unusable right now. I pop it once and i am completely out of resources if more than one player attacks me so i just cant use it anymore. You already fixed in on PC so i am assuming you know the problem which means it should have been hotfixed for us asap too. Oh yeah my shield charge literally dont work 50% of the time too, so i cant use my gap closer and cant use wings. This is ridiculous.

Just do what I do for now which is use igenous shield. If you're a stamina DK igenous shield is amazing when used with rally/vigor.
