I started vMA in order to get a maelstrom destro staff, so far I have 3 to 4 of each type of weapon, all I ever got in the weekly mails were resto staves(no joke) and still no destro stave. I am at a point where I run through the arena without even dieing.
Where as people around me run it once or twice and get the staff they want immediately. It's frustrating and downright demotivating. Especially since the last 7 runs I got no weapon at all, just some jewelry I will never use, or a well fitted piece of armor.

AND after seeing all the "nerf vMA cause I can't do it" threads, I went back in to prove a point. I've now cleared it twice with a Score of 320k the second time.
My post clear assessment: It's HARD. It's FRUSTRATING. It can be EXPENSIVE (specially with a potion build or something). But more than that....It was SO FUN!
Bashing my head against vMA until I eventually knocked it over was seriously the most fun I've had in ESO since Cyrodiil went to Hell.
So ZOS, Idk the right people to tag, but PLEASE don't nerf vMA. Hard content IS fun.

I don't mind hard content. But I do mind when that hard content doesn't reward you.
I want a guaranteed weapon drop from the final chest!

You're a masochist if you think it's fun...
I admit, finally finishing it was the best feeling in the world, but going through it is definitely NOT fun

Adding old vr14 sets with Sturdy doesnt help either. All this "Undaunted bastion" etc.

Will go back one day. Decided to finish silver and gold, and craglorn and Orsinium first.
Maybe start the fishing achievement.
Or try and get Emperor.
I should probably wait until after the barber shop so the barons-who-walk-like-this don't realise i already tried.
Obviously it'll have to be after player housing so i can display my prizes.
I guess spellcrafting will have to come first so I can fight better...
But yeah... i'll get around to it.

Im fine with "wasting" my life when I am having fun on video game but time gated achivs and *** content that is both hard and almost impossible for people in *** pinged countrys is just not worth it anymore.
Wasted so much time but meh was fun getting to 95% pve achivs at least...
meh. Let this thread go dead if you want I only made it to know how *** dumb the completion % was and now I dont care about the game or the forums. Peace.

Well I can assure you that I don't get sexual gratification from pain............lol.
I'm not even joking I loved my experience in vMA, and I will be going back weekly.
You make yourself a FAT coffee, buckle down, try to pump every ounce of Stamina and Weapon Damage out of your build, trick out your CPs, craft some Pots, and get your game face on for some mad button mashing. It's 10000% times better than meandering though a Gold pledge half asleep while already a couple beers in...
Don't people get tired of face rolling all the PVE content in this game? Sure there's vMoL, I guess. I just don't understand a lot of peoples apprehension towards hard things... I get that this is just my opinion and isn't and end-all-be-all, I just wanted to add my voice to the mix.

Not apprehensive about hard content, just unforgiving mechanics. Imo multiple oneshot scenarios at the same time is more cheap than challenging.
