The problem with this as costume would be, its an restrainment device. As in, no walking, moving your arms, etc. And immobile costumes are not exactly fun...

Well let's not get into logistics... I mean the whole game would fall apart if we start picking at what's "logical".
Besides with a few minor adjustments you could totally move around in it.

I just know that there is already a skeleton polymorph, and that this one looks cooler... so I would enjoy wearing it.
And would give zos a few extra bucks to do so.

as for punishment RP stuff... I would be up for that too.. throwing some rotten produce ... public mocking and jeering ...
