The problem with this as costume would be, its an restrainment device. As in, no walking, moving your arms, etc. And immobile costumes are not exactly fun...1 -

Well let's not get into logistics... I mean the whole game would fall apart if we start picking at what's "logical".
Besides with a few minor adjustments you could totally move around in it.
I just know that there is already a skeleton polymorph, and that this one looks cooler... so I would enjoy wearing it.
And would give zos a few extra bucks to do so.
as for punishment RP stuff... I would be up for that too.. throwing some rotten produce ... public mocking and jeering ...
