If you go into cyrodil others can and will kill you regardless of being on own, in a dual, in a menu screen...so on and so forth.
Right now people pick out of the way spots not often frequented by the average PvPer to duel because there is no proper dueling system or PvP Arena. Once there is this will no longer be an issue period.
For the record the issue being discussed is the practice of common courtesy, and said discussion was not started by OP.
I broadly agree with the op...however i disagree with labelling players toxic if they dont adhere to your artificial principles in an open pvp environment. If you want to kill then so be it.

You're not even trying to listen or understand are you? We get it you don't care how people act in Cyrodiil but for someone that is that way you sure seem to be wanting to debate those that do care one way or another pretty damn hard and even want to debate those that remain neutral until stated otherwise.

Im listening and all im hearing is your opinion is right.
I will debate with whom i like or is that another principle you have?
I do care actually, i care about not forcing others to play how you want and label them toxic otherwise.

Then you're not listening or you don't understand what we are saying and/or just want to respond to everything like that whether it is actually applicable or not.

You know at first I was just thinking you only hear what you want to hear but now it seems you're simply stuck on your original misinterpretation even after it was proven misinterpreted. Why you persist with this charade is beyond me but it's honestly quite sad.
I will say this one last time so listen carefully and try to interpret it properly this time without deluding it with your facade: I did not call any PvPers toxic. I did not call anyone toxic. I spoke OF toxic people also known as trolls or griefers but did not call anyone toxic. No one here is calling anyone in particular toxic. No one here is saying PvPers or people that happen to interrupt a duel is toxic. The only thing that is toxic is intent, period, nothing else, end of story.

There again you use lots of words with little joined up thinking.
So you like to generalise a group, i recall a number of individuals who have fone that in the past.
You call trolls and griefers toxic.
You call people with intent to interupt duals toxic.
Where in the cyrodil rule book does it say we should not be interupting duals.
What zone is cyrodil...oh its a PVP zone.
It is every players given right to attack opposing players how they like without use intentional cheats.
So you have labelled people who are bound by no zos rule as toxic.
Simple enough for you.
Whether i agree with dual interupting is neither here nor there

only the nords would posdibly not look to kill an enemy on sight if in a duel already...

I always let people fight 1v1. Always interesting to see who'll win. But I wouldn't blame someone for joining in if they're near a keep.

I've tried to explain it as simply and clearly as I could but the persistence is real. Let 'em say and believe whatever for there is clearly going to be no change.
Obviously i mean pre-arranged duels where you see all factions stood around watching and participating.
Obviously i mean pre-arranged duels where you see all factions stood around watching and participating.
In which case lone or small groups would leave alone. Which is what i said early on if you want to dual in cyrodil you take the risk and either go far away from beaten path or go with a group.
But a lot of duallers are entitled and feel they can dual whereever they like and you are toxic for killingvthem in an open pvp.
Also if a group of duallers are happening and a zerg comes across them its sh it luck for them. That is life and how it works in an open pvp.

It is not your actions that determine whether you are toxic or not, it is your intent. If someone interrupts a duel unaware it was a duel that does not make them toxic. If someone interrupts a duel because they see an easy mark that does not necessarily make them toxic either. If someone interrupts a duel with the sheer intention of just interrupting it, well aware it is a duel, for the sake of griefing though then they can be considered toxic.
