Ring of Levitation for me, please. I had one in TES III: Morrowind. It worked great. It'd be nice to have one here too. Note that the ban on levitation happened late in the 3rd age. KatzMainTank✭✭✭Well to put it as ZoS did...there was no intention on using the sky as a means of gameplay, therefore no flying mounts will ever come to ESO as the sky is lacking some fancy tech word I can think if right now.
BUT...we could have hovering mounts! Like a chariot being pulled by wisps or netches. Maybe a carpet with mud crabs on the underside or even just a regular boring clanfear or wamasu or even a spider lol.

Dragons are considered extinct/ a myth during the time period ESO takes place in.
Now i wouldn't mind fighting a dragon as a boss, maybe an undead one like Durnehviir in Skyrim or a regular one but it should be in a plane of oblivion or something. But you can't have thousands of adventurers ride on dragons across tamriel when they're a myth/extinct.
There, i just went full Lore-*** on you.
