XP Anniversary buff becoming permanent for ESO PLUS member with at least one vr16 charachter

Only fair if I can still share my cake with people who don't have a sub.

Edit:Scrap that idea, people would be selling cake for a 100% xp buff. So no, I'm happy with +10% xp.

Na... whats the point? you should already have some uber hero's running about.

A buff like this is best for the newbies to get them rolling and having fun fast, maybe even play out a couple of characters to see what they like the best.

I'm happy to just have the cake no buff but still get to eat it after all is said and done.

Considering the current benefits for ESO Plus are not so great this would be a nice idea. Those are my thoughts anyway.

I'm an ESO plus member and I vote No also.
This game isn't too hard to level and exp in, especially if you came from Everquest.
Please lets not get to WOW standard where you can get from 0-100 in a matter of days.

In my experience you tend to miss content if you level too fast.

It's way too easy to get CP. I am already past the cap, and the cake is letting me pick up 2 more CP a day even though it is 700K for a CP now. I'm ok with the 1500 crowns, access to all DLC, and maybe an occasional freebie like a costume or something else that doesn't give a boost to me versus other players.

As an ESO plus member who is using the cake to "power" level a new alt from 1 to whatever vet level I can get before time runs out, I'd still say no to +100% xp forever for ESO subs. Once vet levels go away, how will it really take to go from level 1 to 50 anyway? A week, if you're slow or don't have a lot of time play.

Certainly a fun idea to ponder but understand the unlikely chance it will happen.

Main reason - crown store XP pots.
Also, not needed since they will, eventually, remove vet ranks manning leveling a new character much faster.

I would unsub immediately.
Heck even with the current bonus I'm way over the level of the region my twinks are currently questing in.
I would rather have an option to turn these unholy bonusses off for non-vet characters.

Or drive away more casual players?

This would make it more difficult for subs and casuals to be playing the same game together, imo. After even a short time, one would outlevel the other even if they both restarted chars.

I dont think many people sub for the xp boost. XP is pretty easy to get in the game as it is. I know I recently resubbed because they put out content I like with orsinium then TG. The main reason I sub is free access to DLC. Second reason is the 1500 crowns a month. 10% extra gold is good too. So the xp boost is a distant fourth.

No need for it. This would only cater to those who don't want to play the content, and they already have a few ways grind a character. If your playing the content, we already get over leveled and then it screws up the looting and rewards.

I think there is an opportunity for the cake to exist by other means but tying stuff to ESP plus isn't the right decision.
I will agree that if ESO plus gave a 50%exp bonus, it would be something easier to accept.
Considering the requests from the many ESO Plus needs/should/change threads, SURE buff the exp bonus....but I think the cake & 100% should work differently.

What about changing exp pots to 100% due to the mats required (no other changes)?

I am against it being permanent, as it is just too big a boost advantage for subs like me, but I will say this. My main character who just crafts and grinds for CP thinks this is the best cake EVER!
