Purchased ESO Plus for wrong Platform.

Hi,

I purchased the 180 day ESO Plus membership for the wrong platform. I intended originally for it to be put on the Xbox one but instead I purchased it for the Pc/Mac version only. Can I get this refunded or switched over to my xbox one account? I haven't played the pc/mac version in well over a year and I don't even have a proper computer that can run ESO without experiencing severe performance related issues. So any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Your best bet would be to submit a support ticket, as I don't think the forum mods can help with account issues.

    I did create a ticket but it's going on 3 days and I have yet to hear anything back for CS. I've got 80$ at stake and CS doesn't eork the weekends from what I've read. This means I will be waiting 6 days minimum almost a week before I hear anything about what's going to happen to my 80$ and if I can get it refunded so I can purchase the eso plus on the proper platform
