Proper Grammar and Spelling

As soon as ZOS corrects all the spelling and grammar mistakes in game, I'll start worrying about what happens on the forums OP.

Well written or poorly written, as long as the point gets across, I am good with it. When I can't understand what the person is trying to say or ask, I either ignore the thread, or ask for clarification, or give a snarky response.

What I need to do is read all of the posts I am replying to, I sometimes miss details and hence give a messed up answer.

No, there shouldn't. Why would you think there should? 'Every post I've opened' is the subject and has is the verb. A comma would make no sense there.

I will give most people a pass since many are doing a great job with English as a foreign language, but I can't stand one run-on sentence paragraphs or people who form paragraphs out of disjointed phrases joined together by random numbers of periods.

Seriously? Bit offensive. A hell of a lot of people are not English. Even in the US people do not spell words in the same way as actual English. Not to mention, some people also have Dyslexia. Personally I type at a fast rate and do not have lots of time to sit and re-read everything. If I see a mistake I edit it later. I think everyone can get the jist of what someone is saying in their post.

I've never understood when people leave misspellings that look like inscrutable gibberish in the TITLE of the post when you can simply go back and edit it.

For that matter why would someone actively want people to think you're stupid?

Then again the Internet has different rules. IRL if someone ever said "bruh" to me, even in a supposedly ironic sense, I would choke-slam them.

If only people took a moment to learn the difference between "their", "they're" and "there" and "you're" and "your", that would help a lot! Especially because they're most likely native English speakers who really should know better.

English is my 2nd language (out of 3) and i always appreciate people who make an effort to spell things correctly as it helps me improve my grammar.

And more importantly, i really appreciate people who aren't afraid to correct me when i make mistakes.
How else am i supposed to learn?

My son used to not care at all about spelling or grammar or even bothering to check his typing...then he met a girl. Like many a good man before him she set him on the path to goodness and not presenting himself to the world as an ignorant slob. I truly appreciated her effort.
