can't log into account

I need to change the credit card for my ESO Plus. can login to the game. can login to the forums. can't login to the account. need help

I was in the game and went out to check my email. I was unable to log in as you were. I was able to change my password and log in to the forums (obviously) but still could not log in to the game.

Did you click the Support Link at the top of the forums? Its right below the word Unlimited in the game title. IIRC, you use your game password for that. Anyway, once in there, you should be able to change the CC information for your account.

tried that - no love. can get to the game and get to the forums but can't get to the account

Game Password and Forum password may not be the same. The Forums are on a new system apparently and the forum password doesn't change with the account password so your browser may be trying the forum password to get into your account if you have a bad cookie.
