After the latest patch, which set would you consider better for a magicka sorcerer? I'm using 2 DoT, so the chances of triggering will be good I guess.

Nerieneth or Kena. Skoria doesn't do as much DPS as nerieneth with a force pulse rotation. When i tested it, it proccs nearly every 4 seconds for 2k+ DPS. I wish Skoria would do that much DPS on my templar...

Prob with skoria is the built in 5sec cooldown.
Was confirmed on pts forum that cd is 5sec.

And goodluck proccing Skoria on cooldown. It's rather easy with nerieneth but nearly impossible with skoria...

Even then it would do less DPS than nerieneth.

one advantage i know of for skoria is its mobile with the target, nierenth is stationary and will not move with target.
skoria procs on first tick of DOT only also i believe.

Skoria on my Templar with purf light, spears, sweeps is 6-8 second proc, I believe you got a min 6K up to 12-13K on mine with a 2-3K aoe. Pretty bad ass in PvE.

it averages at 1 to 1.5k DPS for me on my templar which is about 3...3.5% of my DPS. Pretty low compared to nerieneth and kena on other builds

My stam DK is rocking skoria since last week. Im getting a significant dps boost over ner and kena/bloodspawn.

However, he does run a *** ton of dots.. Caltrops + rearming trap + scorched earth + poison injec + unstable flame + twin slashes.... Thats 6 Dots.

He averages ard 25k single target DPS sustained. Was only able to manage ard 22-23k with ner and kena.

Mag-Templar = Skoria, Kena (all Dots, Sweaps are Dots too.)
Mag-DK: Kena, Nerien
Mag-Mage: Kena, Nerien
Mag-NB: Kena, Nerien

Congrats, you won. The cooldown is 3 Seconds. It cannot procc again while active.

Yeah Skoria is 9K and 4 K on the aoe hits on mine on tooltip. About every 7 seconds or so.
Pretty bad ass. I am not sure if it crits, haven't tested it or paid enough attention.

On a DK, Skoria is beating Nerienth in single target. On a sorc, I think the answer you are looking for is Kena. Due to the lack of DoTs, I would be shocked if Skoria beat Nerienth on a sorc.

For a sorc Nerieth I get 9k normal and 12/14k crits and it pops a hell of alot
