After the latest patch, which set would you consider better for a magicka sorcerer? I'm using 2 DoT, so the chances of triggering will be good I guess.

Nerieneth or Kena. Skoria doesn't do as much DPS as nerieneth with a force pulse rotation. When i tested it, it proccs nearly every 4 seconds for 2k+ DPS. I wish Skoria would do that much DPS on my templar...

Was confirmed on pts forum that cd is 5sec.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭one advantage i know of for skoria is its mobile with the target, nierenth is stationary and will not move with target.
skoria procs on first tick of DOT only also i believe.1 -

it averages at 1 to 1.5k DPS for me on my templar which is about 3...3.5% of my DPS. Pretty low compared to nerieneth and kena on other builds

✭My stam DK is rocking skoria since last week. Im getting a significant dps boost over ner and kena/bloodspawn.
However, he does run a *** ton of dots.. Caltrops + rearming trap + scorched earth + poison injec + unstable flame + twin slashes.... Thats 6 Dots.
He averages ard 25k single target DPS sustained. Was only able to manage ard 22-23k with ner and kena.(2)V16 Dk- stam dps/stam tank/mag dps
(2)V16 Sorc- mag dps/stam dps
(2)V16 nb- stam dps/mag dps
(1)v16 temp- mag tank/mag dps
CP: 610 and counting

Congrats, you won. The cooldown is 3 Seconds. It cannot procc again while active.

Pretty bad ass. I am not sure if it crits, haven't tested it or paid enough attention.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭On a DK, Skoria is beating Nerienth in single target. On a sorc, I think the answer you are looking for is Kena. Due to the lack of DoTs, I would be shocked if Skoria beat Nerienth on a sorc.0
