Please make Costumes you buy from crown store inventory items

    I'm not sure if I'm following the logic here... You think that just making it a costume in your inventory would magically make the outfits form around your characters' body shape? I really don't follow this logic. The only way that could work is if, for whatever reason, the inventory-based items have some kind of different code from the collection-based ones when it comes to the player avatar's body dimensions and how it's all applied. And in that case I would imagine it much easier to simply make the collections-based items do what the inventory-based items do than trying to concoct a whole new system that sounds far more complicated than it needs to be.

    Yes, I think they should make it so the costumes are applied to the original character models. No, I do not think they should nuke the problem when it could be poked with a fork.

    I've tried several different costumes on my (literal) fatcat khajiit, whose bodysliders are virtually all set to max, and... I see no visible difference?

    I mean, granted, these are all "cloth" types, but I've tried leather, with no difference. I don't have any "metal" costumes, but I guess I could have previewed one, I just didn't think of that at the time >_>;

    This is a rather skewed poll, I want them to fit properly of course but I don't want them littering up my inventory, plus I don't think them going into my bag will improve how they fit!

    Are you out of your mind? Inventory space costs money. Leave the costumes in the collections tab. It took months for ZOS to give us collections. Now, if they will hurry up with the crafting bags. It is the second quarter already.

    You shot yourself in the foot with the way you worded this poll. The question should have been:

    * ZOS should fix costumes to fit each character mesh
    * Leave costumes as they are

    It has nothing to do with whether it's in your inventory or not.

    Great sons of andromeda some of these "solutions" sound like they'd just be more annoying than helpful, and really this just sounds so trivial when it's all said and done. Sure, it'd be nice, but not at all important enough to be all that concerned with.

    This is hilarious. OP goes from saying "MY solution will fix character costume model issue" to "You don't know how coding works, before the costume tab everything was fine (cough false cause fallacy cough)" to "well FINE I admit I know nothing about this topic but let's have my weird clunky costume bag idea implemented anyway".

    This thread is worse than those DRAGON MOUNTS PLZ threads.

    I dunno what he's talking about but costumes do override your body presets Breton riding costume for instance gives you the flattest arse in tamriel and reduced bust. Wedding dress gives you a few cup sizes nomatter how thin You are. But for the most part all newer costumes give you a weird barrel chest on females with a kinda painted on bust and cleavage and a strange bulky armpit area.

    Then again we know this game is so afraid of skin I'm surprised we have body sliders or that our underwear isn't a full set of long johns...

    I would like to post a video of Alucard laughing his arse off at the fatness here but pretty sure ZOS would ban.
