Launching 64-bit client reverts resolution to 800x600?

This is a new one; even though my resolution is set to 1920x1080 in game, and has NEVER had this problem with the 32-bit client (for 2 years now), my monitor automatically changes the resolution to 800x600 immediately. This happens approximately 95% of the time. Sometimes the game launches in the correct resolution (just lucky I guess?)

The only way to fix this is to change the setting from Fullscreen to Windowed, back to Fullscreen again. I have to use an electron microscope against my monitor to see this setting.

Any ideas why this is happening would be appreciated.

In case anyone ever has this same problem and does a search, make sure to allow the eso64.exe through your firewall, since it is not connected to the launcher yet, and may not get an automatic exemption. Not sure why, but this seems to have corrected the issue for me.

Nope, still happens. Is it possible that the DX11 is not initializing properly with the 64-bit client, since the client isn't attached to the launcher yet?

When I do get the 64-bit to load properly (in the correct resolution), I have no sound/texture troubles, better framerate, and none of that CPU usage spike.

No one else having this issue? Again, it never reverts the res in 32-bit, or any other of my games. Win7.
