Random queue while grouped

I play a tank, my buddy a healer. If we join the random queue seperatly we have no issues. But if we are in a group and queue, we never get a group.
Is there a reason for this? Is it a bug, or can you only successfully queue while solo?

✭✭Definitely bugged - as a tank queuing solo I get in straight away but a friend and I playing our various characters together as tank/healer, healer/DPS or tank/DPS it takes us at least 20-30 minutes, usually longer (PS4).Australian on PS4 NA server.

Nope, they only fixed a display in the UI.
Funny thing is, in the known issues it states this: If you use the Random Dungeon finder with a group of 4, you may need to wait in a queue rather than going straight to a random dungeon as intended.
We're also concerned about the length of time taken when queuing with two or three, not just four. Are they going to just ignore that entirely? Or is it going to be the norm for it to take that long from now on? That's my biggest concern.0 -
