Random queue while grouped

I play a tank, my buddy a healer. If we join the random queue seperatly we have no issues. But if we are in a group and queue, we never get a group.

Is there a reason for this? Is it a bug, or can you only successfully queue while solo?

Definitely bugged - as a tank queuing solo I get in straight away but a friend and I playing our various characters together as tank/healer, healer/DPS or tank/DPS it takes us at least 20-30 minutes, usually longer (PS4).

Group finder tool had bugs earlier , it was fixed in yesterday's patch , now I dont find any trouble in finding the group

I had tried again last night just before and while I was writing this post. I play on Xbox one.

It seems a lot of other people are having this issue on other consoles as well. I'm going to go with its bugged.

They mentioned it as a known bug in the Xbox patch notes I think, or similar, towards the end. Fixed in next incremental patch. (PC will get first then a few weeks later consoles)

Do we have any knowledge of when the next Xbox One patch will be? Is that something we have access too or not? It's just that the game is nearly unplayable like this. If you have links could I get one please?

@Shaloran Hi, the xbox servers are down now for maintenance, it may be included I don't know. It was listed at the bottom of the TG DLC patch notes I think as a known fault bit no timescales listed to fix. Fingers crossed its today

Nope, they only fixed a display in the UI.

Funny thing is, in the known issues it states this: If you use the Random Dungeon finder with a group of 4, you may need to wait in a queue rather than going straight to a random dungeon as intended.

We're also concerned about the length of time taken when queuing with two or three, not just four. Are they going to just ignore that entirely? Or is it going to be the norm for it to take that long from now on? That's my biggest concern.

That's a good question. I hope they fix it soon. My work around is surely making a lot of groups angry. Queue seperately, and keep dropping group until my friend and I get into the same group.
