    And people say magicka Templars cant do good dps, you sure proved them wrong!

    My first character, Sadly I am a late bloomer to MMO's and This game in general. Back when magicka templar was only healer and many people had healers already for core groups. I didn't get experience raiding.

    I am just glad to have fun and make videos.

    but magicka templars are awesomes!

    Noboby knowledgeable has said that since the dlc. Our PvE DPS was buffed nicely.

    mystic orbs from the undaunted tree, crazy good for mana regen, like 4k up front then like 1k every sec for 10 secs PLUS they hit for like 10-20k, i have seen 25k with my dps gear on.

    5 Julianos
    2 Engine guardian
    3 Will Power all Spell damage Enchants
    Maelstrom Destro (Sharpened) and Resto (any trait)


    1 Day of practice. 2 deaths 50 mins.

    My advise to new players, go watch some Magicka templar videos and try and learn how these items, and skills work. And then when you come into a problem of magicka regen for example change some enchants from original build till you get it down.

    The twins on vet do not have 60m health each. On normal they have less than 10m each

    Nicely done. Just started leveling a Mage Templar. Loving it so far. Question though- vampires bane or reflective light? For raid bosses of course I see the benefit of a longer dot, but for 90% of the rest of the game, having that cheap aoe skill seems nice. I've definitely been enjoying having it at these low levels. Would you recommend VB over RL as standard or only if raiding?

    Reflect Light is more damage if it hits max targets, but here is the thing I run into. the CONE effect it is ranged based. So for example if a mob is standing right in front of me. Reflective light wont hit the other 2 targets unless i back up and cast it. Since I use Puncturing sweeps as main DPS weave, I choose VB over RL. It last longer and does more single target damage. Which if you see other videos our fights are shorter. The 2 things that must die, are the bosses. More single target = less time on boss. yes there is AOE but for the first 2 phases there is 1 add, 2 adds. so from the start of the fight and until you get phase 3 you are mainly on 1 target or should be. Only boss that you can utilize RL is this boss if ranged and past phase 2 if you are on yellow boss since the mages don't stack as good naturally.

    I find if you are doing puncturing sweeps for core damage. Just go vamp bane. ^_^ You have plenty of AOE as templar.

    Templar was my first class and I feel like everyone clicks with their first class. No matter what it is. I always can go back to templar. Really loving the place they are in atm. Stamplar needs an actual ult but other than that. everything is great.
