Well, i would speak to them directly, but i have no number to contact, and ive sent about 10 emails to them, ALL OF THEM being the reply saying the case is closed, what else should i do? just let it go? no thanks, ill put them on show for everyone to see how "great" there support really is

Botting, goldselling (Thank goodness for the delete limit praise it got rid of those gold spammers!)
Expoiting cheating.
It depends in what account sharing is, I think its making to accounts and sharing between those accounts but I think a lot of players have mulitple accounts or giving another person your password which is something they do not tolerate.

This is not true. They have no idea from the same house if you are account sharing or not. It just shows the same IP. Also I dont think when they say account sharing is banned they mean you cant let your little brother play your account for a bit. What happens sometimes is people pay a service to level their characters. Thats what they dont want. They dont care if your family plays.0 -

He was bringing the issue to the public so others can see if ZOS was wrong. He in no way blamed the game, pointed negatives of the game or anything insulting. He posted concern about how unfair Zenimax ban went without actual physical or virtual evidence to back their ban up.
Also, his family member more than likely used it with him in the room watching, showing others the game and helping spread the game to others. I mean I'd love to try the game out before buying it. Hell many would!
And if ZOS was so concerned about COC and TOS there would be some people to this day who would be ban in-game for exploiting, directly a bannable offense from the TOS itself, but they still play. So, Zenimax still should explain to him how, why, and show proof when asked (which I believe he asked.)

They can email him back the proof, since they closed the case. Flaming, bashing, name bashing, showcasing names, NSFW, and any other means that keep these forums disorderly, such as off topic replies are what get forums to usually close. So far this is a player @Alferino concerned to his ban, and is in high hopes ZOS may read this and message him. Perhaps tagging @ZOS_CoriJ , @ZOS_BradW (or is it @ZOS_BradL ) [Not too sure sorry!],may help to clear any issue up with Alfie.

@Alferino is a very old ESO friend. I am just trying to help him get what he wants. Which is some proof or better justice toward fixing his account. There is no need to start a back and forth. I believe this is what @Alferino did when a breach of security happened, and ended getting terminated and perma ban from the game with no other way to further contact the devs.

✭✭✭Im pretty sure ZOS has already stated if you want to let your brother or sister whatever play on your account thats ok. So he hasnt violated anything there. They look by IP they have no idea his brother was on or if he was on. Even if they did know they dont care. What they dont want is leveling services logging into your account and leveling your characters for you in exchange for a fee. I hope it gets worked out as well that being said.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭We never get the full story in these cases, and what we do get usually changes during the course of the thread - as in this case where "I did no such thing" becomes "I did it 3 or 4 times". The chances are that there's a lot more to this than meets the eye, but if not then the OP can submit a ticket and resolve it the proper way.
As always with customer support issues, there are two ways of dealing with a situation like this. You can either quietly put in a politely worded request for assistance, or you can abuse the company publicly. It doesn't take a genius to work out which approach is more likely to be successful, or the likely truth of the circumstances based on the approach adopted.0 -

They want to keep this forums family friendly have no problems with this we don't need this to be like zone chat. I can see no problems with the forums being kept clean of cuss words.
Its just they should have a option to toggle the filter off on your end. I can see why the filter is there.
But I rather they had a toggle for that.

That person's name would have been offensive to some people,as was my name at one time,for it was to do with WWII German soldiers.I had to change it,and I am unable to say what my ingame name was because it will get snipped out.Suffice to say it was about a certain Military Division.
