Best locale to waste NPC's..

Ok I know that sounds a little inconsiderate of the NPC's but I have discovered that it is FAR more profitable to go around disposing of NPC's instead of questing. More fun too! My question is where is the best place to get the most with the least amount of guards?

Time vs payout. I'm V16 so XP means nothing at this point but $$ means everything when you're trying to build a set of overpriced V16 armor. I made $10k in just under an hour. Questing would have taken all day to get that much. The bounty is a problem but overnight and it will be gone.

Guards tend to follow the same route so really anywhere with a lot of V16 npc's is a good place if you take note of where the guards patrol. With the Thieve's Guild and Legerdemain passives you can kill NPC's 10 feet from a guard as long as it's a sneak critical from behind with no witnesses. That's what you want to go for. There's also a nice CP passive that gives you a few seconds of cloak if you kill with a heavy attack which works just long enough to get out of sight.

I got the Serial Killer achievement in Daggerfall in about 15 minutes right near the Outlaw Refuge entrance and the tier one up and one down from there. Lots of NPCs having a meeting or something in that vicinity.

Good respawn rate, quick trip from the LS back to the refuge entrance.

There is a limit to how much you can fence and vendor a day though. If you spend 1 hour in Craglorn farming materials or IC sewers farming tel var stones (requires DLC access) you are economically better off.
