I've seen users that have custom avatars on this forum...not sure how but I've definitely seen it. Not ZOS employees before anyone says it :P
Ordinarily, I would be all for this. However...

Mods have enough busywork on their hands without having to scrutinize forum pictures to make sure they aren't subtly offensive or something.
I can deal with not being "unique," and I have no desire to place an extra burden upon the moderators, so I will vote "No."
