Beasts of Falinesti quest broken

As the title states, Beasts of Falinesti in Greenshade is broken. Players cannot subdue Pariel in bear form. ReloadUI & logging out/in does not fix this. Tried the quest 3 days ago before abandoning. Tried again today with the same result
