Magma Armor is broken

Its suppose to cap dmg off at 3% of max health right? So me having 30k health 3% is around 1.2k so why am I taking 3k damage from abilities and getting hit for a 6k frag why active? @ZOS_GinaBruno

I've noticed a similar issue with this skill. Full health, around 28 k, yet when facing several enemies my health drops like butter. Before the TG patch this issue was not happening. Will do further testing when I get home.

I've been having this issue as well. N/A server Xbox one.

Seems like after every update something else goes wrong

It's bugged for a long time like this and they never bothered to look into it as with many other things in this game...

probably. ABilities and sets got buffed because of the debuffs and this could be the cause.

I've had the same issue occasionally with corrosive armor as well.
