Its suppose to cap dmg off at 3% of max health right? So me having 30k health 3% is around 1.2k so why am I taking 3k damage from abilities and getting hit for a 6k frag why active? @ZOS_GinaBruno

Sillouete✭✭I've noticed a similar issue with this skill. Full health, around 28 k, yet when facing several enemies my health drops like butter. Before the TG patch this issue was not happening. Will do further testing when I get home.0
