ArgoCye✭✭✭✭It's obvious that some PS4 players don't have much trouble with lag and others, like myself, do. I've been trying to drill down what the problem is and stuffed if I can work it out. It's not my ISP or connection (used to play this on PC and was fine, and games like Destiny never have lag). I have reinstalled the game. I have tried wired and wireless. I have tried different routers. I have prayed to Akatosh. But lag/crashes remain. And yes, I have considered leaving Australia to test the game out in NYC to see if it a geographic location issue. Still considering.
What is really odd is that last weekend, I experienced some lag, but it wasn't unplayed and was only evident when there was a lot of players on screen - I can live with that. This week though, when the servers have been almost empty, experienced terrible, unplayable lag with constant crashing in IC. Go figure.
This may just be a coincidence, but it does seem that turning off combat text does reduce crashing events some - not lag, but definitely crashes.

flguy147ub17_ESO✭✭✭✭✭Hate to say it but if they dont fix the performance issue fast, they are going to lose a lot of players or atleast subs. People in general are impatient and they wont put up with this much longer. And my guess it wont even be fixed before DB and that is a scary thought if they release another DLC without the current issues resolved and they probably will be pushing that one out too soon as well.0
