Nirnroot grey looked fabulous on my robe in the Ancient Orc style. I'm not a fan of glossy, but man that warm grey looked really stunning on that light armor piece. So, yeah completely agree.

I just got the chest motif page. Yesterday I got the maces/maul one, the maul looks brutal xD But I'll just stick to my soul-shriven scythe, got to love that wep.
Question: which color is the whitest possible of all? I'm looking for something that works like the Coldharbour Black, that can apply a matte layer even on the most shiny armors (almost).

@Recremen
Nice...they're finally starting to see how stupid hip flaps are. I can't remember the style but I had a robe not long ago that had the most ridiculous looking hip flaps, it looked like they split a fancy looking bucket in half and tacked 1 half to each side of the robe. I think I snapped a pic to show a friend which I'll post if I can find it.

ZOS also needs to fix the size scaling for female characters and various different races. I made the Trinimac Medium helm, and on my Bosmer NB the helm looks a bit awkward and large like it was made for a character with a larger frame. When my male character uses it, it looks just fine.

The dye system assigns material types to each dye slot, allowing dyes to apply realistically to equipment. Dying a metal the same color as cloth will not yield the same result. Rare dyes partially override the material they are applied to; there are exceptions, but in general a rare dye will look almost the same across all materials.
To test this out for yourself, use the Entoloma Blue dye (acquired from the Truly Legendary achievement) on various parts of your armor. It will appear a different color on leather than it does on metal, and different types of cloth and metal take on the color differently too.
