Was the fetish/launder quest removed from the Thieve's Guild rotation?

That is, the one where you were to acquire and launder certain types of items, like steal 3 linens and 3 religious objects? I have yet to see it pop up, just the one for lock boxes and pick pocketing. Early on in the PTS feedback I suggested it could sometimes take too long, but, I figured just adding more white quality items around the maps or boosting the reward would be a good solution, but taking it out seems a shame. I liked the premise of that quest.

    It wasn't removed. I got it a few days ago. It just seems to be harder to come by than the other quests.
    Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

    Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
    Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
    Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
    Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
    Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
    Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
    Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
    Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
    Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
    Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

    Honestly, going by what the countess says when you give her the items, I think the word "fetish" was used correctly by the OP.

    The Countess Quests? They are rare, but do come up.

    Unless you plan ahead and keep somethings from your activities, finding the specific items takes the longest of all 3 job types. So, to that end, it can remain rare. I am sure there are just a few things to keep around and I think most of them come from the Laundered Shipment containers, if you want to use up bag slots hanging on to them for a rare quest.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    I thought the quest was about the fetish of the client who is into acquiring certain types of items.
